Tracy Lynn Roberson

Tracy Lynn Roberson, age 54, beloved wife of William Tracy Roberson, and a resident of Columbia, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday evening, February 17, 2025, after an extended illness.

Born on January 13, 1971, in Maury County, Tennessee, Tracy was the daughter of the late William Clayton Norman and the late Margaret Ellen Roberts Norman. She attended Columbia Central High School before earning her nursing degree from Columbia State Community College. On January 14, 1989, she married William Tracy Roberson, with whom she built a loving family.

Tracy dedicated several years of her career as a registered nurse at Maury Regional Medical Center before spending seventeen years providing compassionate care with Alive Hospice. She found joy in shopping, beach and mountain getaways, and camping. However, nothing brought her greater happiness than time spent with her family, especially her cherished grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving husband, William Tracy Roberson; her sons, Kalob Roberson (fiancé Alyssa) of Columbia, Peyton (Lindsey) Roberson of Lawrenceburg, Michael Roberson of Columbia, and Levi (fiancé Kaleigh Gray) Roberson of Columbia; and her grandchildren, Ellen Marie Roberson and Lillian Grace Roberson. She also leaves behind her dear friends, Kathy and Rich West.

Tracy was preceded in death by her daughter, Emily Roberson, and her brother, Randy Clayton Norman.

The family wishes to extend a very special thank you to the staff of Hospice Compassus including her nurses, Jennifer Cotham RN, Pam Lockhart LPN, Dillon Scott LPN, Dr. Charles Cantieri, and Dr. Shawn Gentry for their excellent care for Tracy during her illness. 

Honoring Tracy’s wishes, the family will hold a private celebration of life at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
