Vicky Michelle Hale, 63, resident of Petersburg, TN, passed away November 16 at Maurt Regional Medical.

Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born November 10, 1960 in Lincoln County, TN, she was the daughter of the late Ellis and Lenor Perry Mitchell and wife of Douglas J. Hale. Vicky was a vibrant person who never met a stranger and enjoyed talking with anyone. She was a housewife, a long-haul truck driver and a farmer.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children: Keith Douglas (Heather) Hale, Joshua Nathaniel Hale and Kristina Renee Hale (Eric Jones), all of Shelbyville; brothers: Bernie Mithcell and Robert Mitchell, both of Petersburg; sister: Sharon Fowler (David) of Cornersville; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by a son: Christopher Shane Hale and several brothers and sisters.
