Virginia Ann Pulley Denham, age 82, a resident of Columbia, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday morning, February 15, 2025.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, February 16, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Jones Cemetery. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born on March 7, 1942, in Waynesboro, Tennessee, Virginia was the daughter of the late Albert Clay Pulley and the late Emma Louise David Pulley. She dedicated her career to custom drapery and had a deep love for animals. Alongside her husband, Clayton, she raised and judged show rabbits, a passion they shared for many years. Virginia found joy in gardening, caring for her flowers, and spending time outdoors. She was of the Christian faith.
She is survived by her daughter, Bridget, brother, Ralph Pulley, sister in law, Kathy Newell, grandson, Adrian Thompson and his family, and special friends, Nikki Nelson and Steve Oliver.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clayton Denham on December 18, 2021, and daughter, Elaine.
A very special thank you is extended to the doctors, nurses, and staff of Caris Hospice for their wonderful care for Virginia during this difficult time.
