Wanda Lee Harris Blade

Wanda Lee Harris Blade, age 73, a resident of Columbia, passed away Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at her residence.

A private graveside service will be held at Polk Memorial Gardens. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on January 24, 1948 in Maury County, Wanda was the daughter of the late Robert Lee Harris and the late Ruby Dean Harden Harris. She previously worked at Super Rama Grocery Store for many years and as a waitress at Jolly Boy and Frosty Whip with her father. She was a member of Free Will Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Robert Lee Hooks of Columbia; daughter, Beth Eddlemon of Columbia; sister, Kay (Marion) Hill of Columbia; and grandchildren: Morgan Lee Hooks and Landon Harris Eddlemon.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Lana Dean Beard.
