Willard "Donny" Faulkner

Mr. Willard “Donny” Rayburn Faulkner, age 74, husband of Linda Wilkinson Faulkner, and a resident of Ethridge, passed away Monday, September 12, 2022, at Maury Regional Medical Center.

He will be laid to rest in Old Ethridge Cemetery at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home in Columbia is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on April 11, 1948, in Lawrence County, Donny was the son of the late William Andrew Faulkner and the late Lilie Bell Hall Faulkner. He married Linda Wilkinson on July 30, 1966, and together they had two sons. Donny was a true outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and farming. Above all, he loved his family, especially his great grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Donny Ray (Kristi) Faulkner of Ethridge, Gary Van Faulkner of Nashville, siblings, Danise Murphy, Mary Anger, Elbert (Fay) Faulkner, Christine (Paul) Kilburn, Diana (Tommy) Barton, grandchildren, Brittany (Daniel) Warren, Robert (Lauryn) Faulkner, Sean Higgs, Christian Higgs, and great grandchildren, Victoria Warren, Harlee Warren, and Leevi Cruz.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Vernon Faulkner, Grace Bogarski, Flossie Faulkner, Bobby Faulkner, and Allen Faulkner.
