Woodie Faye Clark, age 73, a resident of Columbia, passed away Friday, October 29, 2021, at Maury Regional Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at 1:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Andy Turner officiating. Burial will follow in Polk Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM and again on Wednesday from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born on January 17, 1948, in Fayetteville, Tennessee, Faye was daughter of the late Woodrow Tosh and the late Lillie B. Pigg Tosh Crews. She was a devoted member of The Edge Church of God. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles and getting out and enjoying the sunshine. Above all, Faye loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Kimberly (Kenneth Halbrooks) Clark of Columbia, Bradley Clark of Columbia, Darrell (Shelly) Clark of Lawrenceburg, Beth (Kenneth King) Clark of Columbia, brother, Glenn (Shirley) Tosh of Murfreesboro, sisters, Virginia Massey of Columbia and Nancy Barnes of Nashville; grandchildren, Amber (Garrett Smith) Halbrooks, Hunter (Stephanie) Clark, Waylon Clark, Harley Clark, James King, Emma King, and great grandchildren, Lily Smith, Oaklynn Clark, and Kasen Clark.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Richard Clark, Sr., on October 24, 2019, son, James Richard Clark, Jr., and brothers, Ricky Tosh and Bobby Tosh.
Pallbearers will be Hunter Clark, Harley Clark, Waylon Clark, Jay King, Wayne King, and Preston Holt.
